Join us for our July "First Sunday" at the Nunda Historical Society Building on September 4th from 2 to 4 PM. Gail Kellogg Hope will lead a workshop in a late 18th century sewing project and the Nunda Museum and Rose Shave Gallery will also be open.

The new Town of Nunda Historical Collage is now for sale in the Society's gift shop. The poster illustrates eight of the town's memorable landmarks including the Nunda Theater, the Erie Station in Dalton and the Union Block on State Street. Several of these images have also been turned into notecards. You will find more information in our f gift shop!

The Nunda Historical Society is now selling books and items on EBAY. Be sure to look for us!

Please note! The talk originally scheduled for Wednesday, Sept 14 "Haudenosaunee 101" by Freida Jacques has been rescheduled for Sunday. September 18 at 2:30 PM. You won't want to miss this talk on the Iroquois by a Clan mother of the Onondaga Nation!

The Historical Society Building is open the following hours - Every Tuesday 10 AM to Noon; and the 1st Sunday of the Month from 2 to 4 PM or by appointment. You can call 585-465-0971 for an appointment or more information.

Many CCC photographs from the Roy Gath Collection that is part of the Nunda Historical Society's archives have been published in a new book by Arcadia Publishing - "The Civilian Conservation Corps in Letchworth State Park." The book can be ordered through the NHS on eBay or through our gift shop.
